October 1st marks a new Girl Scout Year. Hello to all our new Scouts, Troop Leaders, and Volunteers. Congratulations to all our Scouts who bridged to a new level. Welcome Back to this who are rededicating themselves. I am looking forward to a new year of friendship, fun, and adventures.
