State College Girl Scouts were in the holiday spirit this December. Whether they were assisting with Toys for Tots wrapping, Singing at Brookline, assisting at the Elves Workshop, creating ornaments for the Arboretum’s Winter Celebration, or Decorating trees for Festival of Trees
