Daisy Safety Award

Daisies earn their safety award by:

1. Understand what to do if you get lost:
   • Know your phone number and address.
   • Know who it is safe to ask for help.
2. Find out what you should do if you or a friend is choking.
3. Learn how to do “Stop, Drop, and Roll” if your clothing catches fire.

Some suggested activities:

• Visit the Boalsburg or Alpha Fire Companies or invite a firefighter to come to a meeting.
• Visit the State College Police Department or invite an officer to come to a meeting.
• Make phone number bracelets
