Please indicate any preferences or special needs in the registration comments.
New Scouts
This camp is open to all registered Girl Scouts.
Girls looking to join a troop for the upcoming scouting year, can register now for an extended year option and attend camp with us.
Pricing
Early registration for overnight participants will run until August 18. To qualify for early registration rates, all fees must be paid no later than August 23.
Regular registration for overnight will run until September 6th (or camp is full).
Girl Scout | Sibling* | Adult | |
---|---|---|---|
Weekend | $30 ($25 early) | $25 ($20 early) | $20 ($15 early) |
Day Only | $20 | $15 | $10 |
*Sibling: Girl Scouts or tag-a-longs with sisters attending camp at the full rate are eligible for the “Sibling” rate. Please note the name of the sister in the registration notes.
Facilitators: Adult facilitators are not charged for the day they are facilitating activities. If you are interested in facilitating a camp activity (archery, canoeing, or fishing), please let us know.
Tag-a-longs: Tag-a-longs are minor children who are not registered Girl Scouts. Children who are eligible for Girl Scout membership (Girls in grades K-12) must join Girl Scouts and register as a Girl Scout. Tag-a-longs must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
Financial Assistance: Financial assistance may be available through council. To apply for financial aid from council, click here.
Camperships: Families from Service Unit 416 who require assistance can apply for a “campership.” Our funds are extremely limited so we do ask that anyone seeking financial aid first apply through council. If you are unable to obtain aid through council, please send a letter to the camp committee explaining your situation and how much aid you are requesting.
Feel free to contact the camp committee if you have any questions about pricing.
Registration Instructions
All registrations should be done online. When registering you will need to know the following information for each participant:
- Name and age/grade level
- Parental contact information for minors
- Emergency contact information (someone NOT at camp)
- Allergies/restrictions – be specific! Our definition of kosher or vegetarian may not match yours.
Other things to note on your registration are lodging preferences and groupings (if you want to be near another troop) or special needs such as electricity for medical devices.
Troop Registration
If you are part of a troop attending camporee, talk to your troop leader. Troop leaders can choose to handle the troop registration themselves, or ask individual parents to register on their own.
Note that if want your parents to be able to pay their camp fees directly to the Service Unit online, they must do their own registrations. Troop leaders will be able to view and manage their whole roster even if individual parents register themselves.
If you ask your parents to register themselves, please remind them that they need to have an account on our site (NOT the same as their GSHPA account) and they must be able to receive our emails. Because we are a small site, we are not whitelisted by any email providers and overly aggressive spam filters will not deliver our mail. Please check your settings with both your provider and email client.
Troops are responsible for providing enough adults to meet the GSHPA Safety Activity Checkpoints girl/adult ratios. Ratio adults must be registered and cleared through GSHPA.
Individual Registration
If you are not part of troop attending camporee, you must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who will remain with you at camp.
If it is not possible for you to attend with your daughter, contact the camp committee. We can sometimes assign girls to a “camp troop”. Girls who need “camp troops” must register during the early registration phase so that we will have enough time to find an adopting troop.
All adults staying overnight must be registered and cleared through GSHPA.
Adult Volunteers
Camp is an all volunteer run event and the volunteers are the attending adults.
All overnight adults must be registered and cleared through GSHPA.
Everyone “working” the camp registers for camp and pays the registration fees. Adults attending camp are expected to help with camp activities – supervising stations, check-in, check-out, dining hall operations, etc.
If you are a cleared and registered adult attending camp, you will be expected to supervise girls – not just your own. It is highly likely that your group will be assigned “extra” girls who are in need of additional adult leadership due to a variety of factors. For example, the adults who volunteer in the camp kitchen and facilitate our activities rely on your help so that their girls can still get an awesome camp experience. Thank you for helping us out!

Hello!
Our troop is looking to attend just on Saturday. I’m wondering if you have the times that we should expect to be there?
Thank you!!
Chris
Troop 40082
We won’t set the final schedule until probably the week before the event, but our target schedule for day only is opening flag at 9:30 and end of day activities at 4 or 5PM.
We had trouble renewing my daughter’s registration. She really wants to attend the camp on Saturday. Is it possible for us to register for the day or weekend? Thanks!
Shane, unfortunately registration is currently closed as we have reached the event capacity. Our camporees are always very popular and it is not uncommon for them to fill. If you see one in the future that you are interested in attending, I recommend getting registered during early registration.
How do I pay for the camp? Who do I send the money to?
Your confirmation email should have a link you can use. Otherwise you can manage your registration at https://www.statecollegegirlscouts.org/roster/
